We have been given 3 pie charts that reflect the percentage-wise distribution of the exports from Argentina, Mexico and Chile to Other Latin America, Europe, USA, and others.

To summarize, , it is evident that Mexico had the highest exports to the US and the lowest to Other Latin America, Europe, and others. Majority of Argentina’s exports were to other Latin America, and the least to the US, while Chile exported the most to Europe and the least to the US.

Considering Mexico, 62% of this country’s exports were to the US, making it the highest, while only 6% were to other Latin America, the US, and others. This was followed by 38% and 31% exports respectively from Argentina and Chile to Latin America.

30% of Chile’s exports were to Europe, making it the third highest. The other proportions of Chile’s exports were 22% to Other Latin America and 18% to the US. Lastly, Argentina’s second highest imports were to Europe at 26%, 20% to others and 16% to the US. (169 words).

The pie-charts are a representation ofthe changing age demographics of two countries Oman and Spain in 2005 and the projections in 2055.

To summarize,it is evident that the senior citizen population of Spain was much higher than that of Oman in 2005, but the predictions for 2055 indicate that the proportion of the youth will be the highest in Spain while the ratio of the 60+ age group will be significantly higher than the other two in Oman.

In 2005, Oman had an equal proportion of senior citizens and residents in the age group of 0-14 years, at 48%, while in Spain the ratio of the 60+ year-olds was 62% making it the highest and that of the 0-14-year-olds was only 14%. The age demographics is forecasted to change drastically in 2055 with the proportion of senior citizens increasing to 57% and the 0-14-year-olds reducing to 37% in Oman, but in Spain, the proportion of both the age groups are expected to decline with the former to 46% and the later to 12%.

The proportion of the 15-59-year-olds in Oman in 2005 was miniscule at 4% while that of Spain was 24%. Predictions of this age group indicate that it’s going to remain negligible at 6% in Oman but will increase considerably to 42% in Spain. (218 words)

We have been given a pie chart which represents a percentage-wise distribution of the feedback received from 4000 interns regarding the takeaways from their internship

Overall, it is evident that most of interns learnt about other aspects of work from the internship, while the least picked up important aspects like team work and work environment.

Examining the graph in detail, 26% of the participants reported to have gained insights into other aspects of a professional work environment during the course of their internship, making it the highest. This was followed by 15% who gained practical knowledge from the internship, and 14% who improved their communication skills. In contrast, only 3% understood the importance of teamwork and 4% that of work environment, making these two aspects the least.

Compared to all of the above, 10% got an understanding of the industry, while 7% learnt about time management, work operations, and the importance of making future career plans. (155 words).

We have been given two pie charts which reflect the percentage wise breakup of the money people spent on different sectors in 1958 and 2008.

Overall, it is evident that people spent the most on food and least on luxury goods in 1958. This however changed in 2008, where the ratio of spending on housing was the highest and entertainment was the lowest.

Starting with 1958, the people in the European country spent 32% on food making it the highest. This reduced to 12% in 2008. However, the 22% spent on housing in 1958 increased significantly to 32% in 2008, making it the sector with the highest spending in 2008. In contrast, only 7% of the expenses (the least) in 1958 were for luxury goods, which rose considerably 17% in 2008. Entertainment, a sector that reflected 13% of the total expenses in 1958, fell to 6% in 2008, making it the lowest in that year.

18% of the people’s expenses in 1958 were on clothing which reduced marginally to 16% in 2008. Expenses on travel at 8% in 1958, went up to 17% in 2008. (185 words)

We have been given 3 pie charts illustrating the various aspects of coffee like production, consumption, and the profit distribution around the world.

To summarize, we can easily state that the Europeans have the highest consumption market for coffee in the world, while most of the coffee is produced in South Africa. Surprisingly, the industry related to the delivery of coffee is the most profitable.

Coffee consumption is the highest in Europe at 41% of the whole world. The Americans follow with a very narrow margin at 39%, while the Japanese’s ratio is miniscule at 8%, and the rest of the world consumes 12% of the world’s coffee.

In terms of production, South Africa took the lead at 44%, with Indonesia’s contribution being half of that at 22%. Japan followed at 18% and Vietnam contributing the remaining 16%.

Profit distribution is a bit skewed with the delivery agencies making the most at 51%, followed by the retailers at 24%, and producers only 15%. The exporters’ share is the least though at 10%. (172 words)

Overall, it is evident from the first pie chart that the highest percentage of processed food was consumed worldwide as well as in India and China, while nuts and seeds were consumed the least globally and in India. Animal food was eaten the least in China.

Starting with processed food, 41% was consumed globally of which 39% and 34% were eaten by the Indians and Chinese respectively, making it the most eaten food. This was followed by vegetables and fruits at 29% in the world, with China’s share being 32% and India’s 23%.

In contrast, in 2008, only 4% of the people in the world ate nuts and seeds, with 11% belonging to India and 19% China. Animal food was the next food that was not so popular globally as only 26% consumed it, of which 27% were Indians and 15% Chinese. (179 words)

A glance at the graphs enables us to conclude that engineering was the most preferred sector in Town A in 2009 but manufacturing took the lead in 2020. The proportion of employment in manufacturing was the highest in town B in 2009 but it reduced significantly after a decade.

In 1980, 15% of the residents of Germany were aged 65+. This ratio rose to 20% in 2000 and has been projected to touch 25% in 2030. This was followed by the senior citizens of the UK who were at 14% and 15% in 1980 and 2000 respectively and are expected to touch 18% in 2030.

In comparison, only 10% of the population of Canada were aged over 65 years in 1980. This percentage increased to 15% in 2000 and has been forecasted at 22% in 2030. (152 words).

We have been given a percentage-wise breakup of the agricultural production of 4 different items namely vegetables, dairy, grain, and meat. Two different regions that is the Eastern Region and Western Region are represented by the pie charts.

On the whole we can see that a higher percentage of grains were produced in the western region of the country while production of meat was the highest in the Eastern region. Least percentage of vegetables were grown in the West while grains were the lowest in the East.

Considering grains, 45% were grown in the western region, making it the highest grown product in both regions of the country. However, only 15% grains were cultivated in the East. In the case of meat, the percentage produced in both regions were the same at 35%.

In comparison, there was 30% dairy production in the East, but the percentage of dairy produced in the West was half at 15%. Lowest percentage of vegetables, only 5% were produced in the West, but 20% was grown in the East. (174 words).

The given pie charts reflect a percentagewise breakup of the sectors in which the government incurred expenses in the years 2010 and 2015.

Overall, it is evident that majority of the spends in both the years were on education, healthcare, and pensions while the least were on transport, culture and leisure and others.

Almost a quarter of the government’s budget for 2010 was spent on education (24%), making it the highest. This was followed by 21% in healthcare. These ratios reduced slightly to 21% and 20% in 2015, while the proportion of expenses on pensions remained the same at 19% in both years.

The percentage of expenses on defense at 17% in 2010 reduced marginally to 14% in 2015 but the share on welfare and cost of borrowing increased from 8% and 5% respectively in 2010 to 13% and 10% in 2015. The proportions in the other 3 sectors remained at 1% in both the years except transport which was fractionally higher at 3% in 2010. (168 words).

A glance at the graph enables us to conclude that the highest ratio opted for the service industries while the least preference was the sports industry.

33% of the students of Brighton University joined the service industries post graduating in 2019, making it the most preferred sector. This was followed by the manufacturing sector that recorded a 16.3% employment rate of the fresh graduates. Education was next at 14.7%, and 12.1% students joined politics or took up government jobs.
